Project Shipwreck.
In 2019 we partnered with veteran journalist and documentary filmmaker, Johann Abrahams and marine archeologist, Dr. Bruno Werz taking a deep dive into the history of various shipwrecks along the African coast. We started with the wreck of the 1647 Dutch ship, Die Haarlem. This is an ongoing project we hope to develop further.

In 2008, 2015 and now in 2019 we’ve seen widespread flare-ups, especially against African migrants who are alleged to be taking away jobs from South Africans and the source of crime, such as drug dealing.
